HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

You are welcome to return or exchange a product. Send an e-mail to service@architectmade.com within 14 days from the delivery of your order to arrange for the return/exchange. You can also fill in the return form here.
The return freight is at your own cost.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide with UPS.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

In Denmark we have day to day delivery if you purchase before 14.00. Other orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
In EU the delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Outside EU the delivery time is 3-5 business days.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

The shipping costs depend on where you live, but will show before you finalize your purchase. In Denmark the shipping fee for deliveries with Post Danmark is 29 kr. without distribution and 49 kr. with distribution.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Did you regret your purchase or do you want to add some more products you can always write us at service@architectmade.com with the changes or cancellation. Please note, that if your order already has been shipped, you will have to return your order in accordance with our return policies, which you will find in our Terms and Conditions here.

MY PRODUCT HAD A DEFECT, WHAT DO I DO?

We quality check all our products before they are sent to you to make sure that they correspond to our high standards. However, if a product fails to live up to your expectations please let us know immediately at service@architectmade.com with a short description of your complaint and attached a picture of the product error. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT?

If you will be charged additional VAT depends on where you are living.
Danish and other EU-residents will only be charged Danish VAT which is already included in the prices shown in the webshop.
Non EU-residents will be charged import VAT according to the national rules in the country of the delivery.
